    Astral Media Makes Major Funding Commitment to KGH Astral Media, the parent company of AM 1150, Sun FM and Silk FM, has made a multi-year commitment of 1 million dollars to Kelowna General Hospital.

    Kelowna, BC – April 30, 2009 – The “Have A Heart” Radiothon – a part of Astral Media’s National Day of Caring for Kids - Sun FM, AM 1150, AM 1450 and EZ Rock stations are raising funds for our local hospitals to purchase much needed equipment to help sick babies and kids in our local hospitals. One hundred percent of the money raised in our communities will stay in our communities to purchase and upgrade life saving equipment.
