The WORST Song Ever is...

As heard on the show today, a massive survey was done by AOL Radio and Spinner.com, and they've released the list of the worst songs ever made. Drumroll please....

Here's their Top 10:
1. Who Let The Dogs Out - Baha Men
2. Ice, Ice Baby - Vanilla Ice
3. She Bangs - Ricky Martin
4. Barbie Girl - Aqua
5. U Can't Touch This - MC Hammer
6. I Am Woman - Helen Redey
7. I'm Too Sexy - Right Said Fred
8. Ebony And Ivory - Paul MCCartney And Stevie Wonder
9. MACarena - Los Del Rio
10. My Heart Will Go On - Celine Dion.

What? No Mambo #5? No Achy Breaky Heart? Milkshake?

Now it's not to say that these songs don't have their place (in fact, I kinda like a couple of those songs). All these songs were successful, but just as quickly as their rise to fame, they became novelty songs and the public turned on them. Sure there's a bit of nostalgia in hearing these songs, but it's kinda like gum...generally the fun lasts for about 30 seconds and then you're ready to spit it back out. haha

So I took your votes for what you think should've made the list during the 3 o'clock Hot Topic, and suggestions included:

-YMCA by the Village People
-The Hamster Dance
-Rico Suave by Gerardo
-The Popcorn Song by Hot Butter
-Karma Chameleon by Culture Club
-The Thong Song by Sisqo
-Don't Worry Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin
-Da da da by Trio
-We Built this City (on rock and roll) by Starship
-Anything by Milli Vanilli (haha)

Oh! And this gem got a few votes too:

*shudder*

Thanks for listening! Talk to you soon! :-)
