Name released in fatal motorcycle accident

The name of the 36 year-old Peachland man killed in a two vehicle accident on Highway 97 Tuesday has been released.

Martin Simond Evans was killed when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a pickup truck at the intersection of Daimler Drive and Highway 97.

Members of the Central Okanagan Traffic Services are continuing to investigate.

Charges against the driver of the truck are pending.
