Yes it does matter. Yes it makes a difference. Don't take your right to vote for granted...remember, there are A LOT of people around the world who would give up a lot to be able to vote.

How many of our friends down in the US have been kicking themselves for the past 4 years because they didn't vote? Judging by Bush's popularity rating....probably a lot. Same thing here...let your voice be heard.
