Kick Start Steps Out 

KickStart Steps Out! Take part in this fantastic program by the City of Kelowna and Kick Start.

What it is: An independent pedometer walking program, web based technology records your steps and physical activity.

Join in on the fun and you'll feel refreshed, bond with friends and neighbours and increase your overall health for every 100,000 steps logged you can earn chances to win great prizes.

Cost and what it includes: $10 includes: 1 High quality pedometer, log book, and access to the Steps Out website, 16 organized walks, free pole walking class, free access to 6 weeks of fitness classes, free access to the Highway to Health Guest speakers event.
