Lifehouse's follow-up album, Stanley Climbfall, stresses impact over subtlety. In lieu of 2002's skate-metal and earnest AOR grunge, Lifehouse is more at ease than most with Scott Weiland's swampmonster vocals and power-crunched guitar riffs.
