Rutland Shooting Update

It will be May 22 before 69 year old Frank Kainz is back in court.
Kainz is accused of shooting and killing 38 year old Robert Kuusinen, his tenant, on Monday.
He appeared in court today without a lawyer and so has been remanded into custody until his next appearance.
He was also ordered to have no contact with his common-law wife and daughter.
Crown Council has also submitted a request for a publication ban on the court proceedings.
