Kelowna Mounties arrested 10 people after suspected drug house for the second time in just one week.

It happened Wednesday night on the 1100 block of Pacific Avenue, where police seized cocaine, stolen property and drug paraphernalia.

Constable Julie Rattee says about half of the people busted this time were the ones they released from custody earlier this week.

She says they've been released again, because there wasn't enough evidence.

"When you go in, the search takes place for drugs and related paraphernalia, and it's just a matter of collecting the evidence and determining if there's enough for us to put together a report to crown.  It's just a process - especially when you have that many people inside, there's an onus on us to prove possession of the drugs and drug paraphernalia."

Rattee says they are working with the property owner to stop the drug activity.  She says the 10 people arrested last night are suspects in the investigation.
