Originally a native of Portland, OR, Justin Boland (aka J-boogie) relocated to San Francisco, CA, and founded the Dubtronic Science collective. Originally the name of his radio show, the concept expanded into the clubs. Dubtronic combines the soul of world music, hip-hop, broken beat, and deep house in a live improvisational setting.
